someone sprayed graffiti on lady victory monument.

What kind of piece of crap with spray paint lady monument. Some people just have no respect. just like to see what some of us ingo members would do that someone like that

The circle monument? Lady Victory. Thats a shame some one would deface the Soldiers and Sailors Monument. Seems like that would be tough to do, as many cameras and traffic that is around there.
