Sony LCD TV, Model KDL-40SL140. The TV turns on and gets a picture but believe it has a bad tcon board. It appears to have a solarization issue (there are youtube videos that show what the pictures look like). The chip to fix it is cheap like a 1.50, but I dont have the skill or the time to fix it. Google "kdl-40SL140 solarization" and you can see what needs to be fixed.
