You take the money and put it in the bag. Tell people how great it is to see them andvto please put their name in the kindle. Try to keep the squads about the same size and work with people that want to squad together.

Get there at 9 for sign in. If you KNOW your buddy is coming go ahead and put them on the list for squading up. They can enter themselves in the kindle when they get there.
