Thank you all so much for the kind words. It was definitely a difficult decision but a necessary one at this time. I'm not going anywhere. I'm just stepping down. It has been great to see this community grow in the short 5 years that I’ve been here to the 30,000 we’ll have shortly. I’ve met some wonderful people and made some great friends. I wish for the continued success of INGO.

I still don't think people fully understand the HOURS of work that spas has put into INGO-- it's gotta be in the several thousands. From the molding of policy to the physical creation of INGO products, she's done it all. When INGO was a newborn and we truly had only 50 members she was there trying to make this place sustainable.

I'm for spas but for INGO.
