I went to their web site and the "About Us" states "Our goal is to provide quality optics at an affordable price while achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.", but i can't find optics on their site. They have a physical store. It appears that they are a store that assembles parts.
Haven't tried them myself but just looking at the specs on their parts I'd say they're worth a shot on my next build. Upper I was looking at had a 4150v steel, mpt and hpi testing done on barrel and bolt, grade 8 hardened fasteners on gas key, they claim proper staking. Looks good on paper atleast.
