    I thought that the thumb hole opener would be strange for me but it feels pretty natural. I am liking the opening so far.

    The verdict is still out on the axis lock. I will need to get some use out of the knife to decide on if it is something I like.

    This is a big knife and it fits great in my hand. It will be in the pocket when I head out into the woods for sure.

    It is in D2 steel.



    Now for the new Spyderco C123CFP:

    This is a carbon fiber with S30V steel folder. I really like the clip on it and how slim it is. It will be in the pocket a lot as well I have a feeling.

    Again with the hole thumb opener. I think it is going to be good and as Brad mentioned it will help when wearing gloves to open the knife. Great for winter.


    Now to go use them!!!!!!

    These knives are sharp!!! I have yet to cut myself (knock on wood) but they have sliced through everything like hot butter.
