These are CMP Garands.

The rifle with the darker wood at the muzzle end is Springfield 2605729, with barrel SA 12 - 43.

The rifle with the painted stock markings is Springfield 3755590, with barrel SA 12 - 51.

The blue cards don’t have any ME/TE data noted. Attached are pictures inserting a bullet into the muzzles. Springfield 3755590 shown first, followed by Springfield 2605729.
