Springfield XDS recall poll

Sent mine in the day after Labor Day. Hope it gets returned soon.
Funny thing is that today in the mail I received a letter from Springfield informing me of the recall.

Springfield received mine on 9/4, hoping to see it returned soon. Some have been returned that where received just a day before mine. In the mean time I bought a 2nd one, it will get sent it at some point.... AFTER I get the 1st one back

A day before yours was the first day, lol. The 3rd was the first day any were logged in. Mine was logged in before noon on the 3rd, still havent gotten an email. They said they had A LOT from the 3rd and I should hear something soon..

I've been wanting to add an XDS to the stable, but will hold off until I see what people think of the repair. I'm assuming that the repaired / reworked XDS's will be worthy of the Springfield name, and the black eye they have received over the XDS will not last for more than a year or two.

I am in the same boat. I'm adding and XDS tomorrow and will have to send it in. I guess they are still giving the free mag with them

Springfield received my xds .45 10/25. According to their latest update I will not receive mine until the beginning of the year. This makes me sad, it is a fantastic pistol!

I purchased a Kahr CM9 today because there is no sign of me getting my freaking XDS back anytime soon!
