What is the proper sharpening angle I should be using on my Lansky system to get a good sharpening on a Delica 4? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to match what you already have, use a sharpie marker. Run it down your edge. Adjust your angle until you can swipe the stone down your blade and make contact with the entire edge. The marker will give you a visual indication of what kind of contact your stone is making. The numbers on the Lansky are not going to be precise anyway. The sharpening angle will vary depending on how far your edge is from the clamp. But if you find the angle you like and clamp it the same every time, you should be set up.
