What is there not to like? It's a Spyderco and it is using VG-10. The only issue might be size, it is a very small knife. It would be very pocket friendly and comfortable if you wear dress pants or suits.

I tend to hold out for Kershaw. Rocking the Cryo at the moment, but the small lightweight knifes sure do give some great options. I say you can never have enough knives. Buy it and then buy more later just incase.

Good steel and a good company. It is kinda small but I like smaller knives for true pocket carry and for a lot of tasks that is all you need anyway. You can always carry something bigger along with it. I kinda like it myself. I really like that one with the gray G-10 handles, but you could get two of the lightweights for the price of the gray one.
