No. State Fair is off-limits, although you can secure it in your vehicle when you park on State Fair property.

You cannot CC or OC at the state fair. You would be arrested. I believe the smaller county fair's you can but the state fair prohibits it.

Also, just cause I'm nice, no, it is illegal to carry at the state fair grounds during the state fair.
