Can we trade Gary to Chicago for the rural part of Illinois yet?
Let all these ninnys be together.

You could always move East or SouthHey!
Some of us here don't want anything to do with that.
Don't lump us all together.
We should trade this clown to Chicago. Those ass hats aren't any good at trading. Just don't trade for the Cubbies.
convertible semiautomatic weapon
As with just about all of these, they intentionally cloud the terminology to make the potential application as broad as possible. So Mr. Gun Grabber Smith here says:
And we think he means an AR-15 with a soft and retractable top. But then some judge rules that since ANY AR-15 can in theory at least be converted into a fully automatic weapon, they are ALL illegal under this law. The fact that doing so even now is totally illegal is lost on this fool.
And yet again, what do criminals, gang-bangers, drug lords, and the like care? They are ALREADY engaged in criminal enterprise and if a fully automatic weapon suits them, they get one using any means necessary. So this law, while sounding good to Mr. Bloomberg and his Misguided Moms proxy, does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to affect criminal use of anything!
If you're unfortunate enough to live in this clown's district, I sure hope you'll contact his office and let them know how senseless his proposal is.
Same thing going on with the CT Newtown study recommendations. Any weapon capable of accepting more than 10 rounds...If it has a mag, someone could build one for it. Ban it all. Kinda introduces the bullet button type of thing.
