STEEL CHALLENGE at ATLANTA C.C. 15 NO 2014

Ready to shoot some COLD steel ?? The SCSA match this Saturday, the 15th, is ON.


This match will consist of 4 stages rather than the usual 5.

But, stay after the match for Shooter versus Shooter steel bowling pin action. Each shooter will have their own pin-rack with 6 pins to clear, then a cross-over popper / stop plate is hit last to determine the winner. Brackets will be used to determine the November Champion !!! Double elimination. $5 to play. With enough interest, a .22LR 'head shot' bracket will be run as well. Also $5. It's all about raising money to move dirt...

For revolvers, maybe 5 pins, plus stop popper. All semi-autos get 8 rounds per mag, but you can have as many magazines handy as you want/need.

Match cancelled. Just too cold to be safe -- particularly for RO's and Scorekeepers... This forecast in Feb - when we all are acclimated to it - maybe.

Well, you were already smart, so . . .

Getting older is a pain. I can tolerate cold better than the average person, but not the way I could when I was younger. Part of that is having less insulation, but my matabolism is slowing like everyone else's does and I just don't generate as much heat as I did when I was 25.
