Steel Plate manufacturer...LOCAL?!

anyone local (north central IN) make any steel plates. Looking for a circular round plate that will mount on a 4x4 post (like the steel challenge types)

I only need one plate and mounting bracket...I can create the stand alone 4x4 post

"possibly" looking for a regulation USPSA shaped steel target...made locally and not have the typical "take out a second mortgage" pricing.

Gonzo, Bobcat sets up at the Indy1500 and I have seen their products at Pro-Fire in Indy (westside) if you ever sneak down to the Big City.
