Does anyone know if the Blues and flats are still biting lately in Indiana with the wacky weather we've been having this winter?

Does anyone know if the Blues and flats are still biting lately in Indiana with the wacky weather we've been having this winter?

I haven`t catfished for quite some time, but...I would presume they`re catachable whether through the ice, or on open water any time, albeit, their metabolisms have slowed down in the cold.
