STOLEN SKS help needed

A close friend got his SKS stolen this weekend. He's pretty sure it was Saturday night.
Garfield park (just west) area in INDY.
He's pretty sure it was an "in-law".
He'd gladly buy it back if you find it. Serial # coming when he gets it from the ins. co.
Family suspects are either "Kenny or Joe"
Eyes and ears open please and let me know.
