i have an older Taurus model 94. It has started getting fired cases stuck in the cylinder. I have to practically hammer on the ejector rod to eject the cases. I'm thinking the ejector rod is bent or he star is out of align. I have used the gun for years with no issues as a trainer.

Have use tried ejecting individual cylinders to see is it's possibly a problem with just one of them?

You might look and see if there are little dents on the chamber edges from dry-firing without snap caps. That will move metal into the chamber and interfere with chambering and ejection.

Are the cases you using new or reloads? That might have alot to with it.
If reloads are the cases harder than in the past to load in the cylinder or in one specific chamber?

    Model 94 is a rimfire...

I think Jay above nailed it... Dry firing has "pinged" one or more of the outter portions of the cylinders... Not enough yet to effect a new round dropping in, but enough to hinder extracting a fired, expanded case...

I had the chance to take a close look yesterday. The 2 registration pins on the cylinder face are not straight anymore. The extractor does not clear the hole in a couple of spots. Looks like the pressure of rotating the cylinder has twisted the entire assembly. Back to Taurus.
