New handgun or new Shotgun for my birthday?!?! decisions decisions..

    BOTH!!!

But seriously, get whichever one you will have more opportunity to shoot.
I don't have a convenient place for me to shoot shotguns, so I would get a new handgun.

I'd like an FNP .45 tactical.
    With a Trijicon RMR.
    And an Osprey suppressor.

What does that have to do with YOUR birthday? Absolutely nothing.
But it's all I can think about whenever I hear the words "NEW GUN".

Handgun... I find them more fun to shoot and easier to shoot a couple hundred rounds without the punishment... But the good news is there is no wrong answer!

Sounds like you need a Taurus Judge.

Did you just come here to brag about getting something new? If so, the penance for that should be owning a Taurus Judge :):

Have fun scraping the coin up for an Osprey. One's been on my want list for almost a year now :(

A new gun is a new gun, right?

In all seriousness, which would you shoot more? Do you have either right now?

just another reason for my wife to not ask questions. haha

If it helps you can buy one of them for your birthday and send the other one to me for mine.

    nice try! but no. haha

Have a few shotguns collecting dust myself.I never seem to hunt as often as I shoot or fish.Pistol is the way to go.

ive got a few but they're all 20 ga. I would get rid of some 20s before I get a 12.

buy a taurus judge and kill two birds with one stone. Shot my brother in laws today and it was sweet.

I know a few people with one and they love it as well.

It depends on your interests. If you shoot clays and birds alot then shotgun. if target shooting or ccw then pistol. If you want a home defence gun then that is up to you.

What cal. or gauge will it be?
