Just came across this and found it was not on this site yet. I would like to add it to a thread someone already started on survival book resources, but fear it would get lost in the dozens of comments.
Lets make a thread where you ONLY post your survical resources, and all other comments off of here, so someone will not have to go through dozens of pages where most of the comments are one liners.
After searching the site, I will add more to this thread based upon info other people have already posted.

Keep in mind there are MANY resources availble on torrent sites as well. I have recently found a great lock picking guide on one of them, along with a copy of Poor mans James Bond.
Please keep comments minimal that do not have an addition to the list.
