    You know if he had shot the guy in self-defense there would a lawsuit coming in which the homeowner was portrayed as "loose cannon who was itching to shoot someone," why else would he leave his door unlocked? He was looking for trouble.

    One of the last statements by the reporter .."...police say he has been locked up many times before..." ...the quote may not be accurate, but it's close to what the fellow said, which means, the cops lock him up, lawyers or judges free him, to do it again and again and again.....Okie Dokie....if gramps woulda shot him, I'll betcha he wouldn't enter and rob someone again....
