I believe that Illinois has home rule that allows counties to enact their own criminal code. Not the case in Indiana.

That seems to be where the cash is. My guess is that his extra states to which he feels beholden are found in the Middle East. Of course all of the above are within the Eastern Hemisphere.

Illinois (especially Cook County) being the corrupt sewer it is, they'll just come up with a way to get around the ruling and keep covering for police criminal acts like they always have.

Unfortunately, I have that same feeling. They will probably tweak the law slightly and continue to enforce the ban on taping police officers and wait for someone to raise another challenge in court. Hopefully, we are wrong.
