Susan B Anthony values

I found a Susan B Anthony dollar still in the plastic sleeve.
It is listed as a 1979 uncirculated narrow rim far date.
I tried to look it up on Google and found them for sale for $6.99 and up to $2400.
What's up with that?
These are asking prices, I realize this.
Can anyone help me with information on the actual value?

I’ve got to get a friend to look at it and then it will set on my shelf for like 6 months.

I found 2 sleeves of uncirculated Susan b in my dads coin collection. Wondering if they are worth a dollar still

Their values are based on quite a few things.

- which mint stamp
- thin or wide rim
- what the grade is
- who graded it, pcgs, ngc, anacs, or Billy Joe Jim Bob from the local pawn shop..
- if it's a FG, Frank Gasperro, designed one or not.

The best I could tell you is go see John at Smith Coins. He's who I go talk to if I have a question on value of a certain coin.
