    My g/f has a 16 gauge sxs as her home defense gun. It has a split in the stock and one side has pulled away from the tang.

    This is the Stevens 311 made for Sears. I found reproduction stocks for $50 online but I would prefer to change it out without having to modify and finish the wood.
