    This could be bad. I could see the government being desperate enough to use them, but I can also see some crafty rebels making poison gas. It isn't hard to make crude chlorine gas at all. Either way if they prove who it was this could quickly bring foreign powers into the war.

    The rebels didn't need to manufacture it; it was there for the capturing in Syrian military munitions stockpiles all along. How long is it going to be before we see chemical attacks either here or in Israel?
