WTS/WTT Tankless water heater
American Heat tankless water heater I have the instructions, and a second brain for it, I have the breakers required for it too. Used 1 year email for more info, wifey didn't like it turns out the issue with "it" was actually a leak in our well pump water line not an issue with the heater. Will sell for $350 or will trade for LCP, Sub-compact XD, AR barrel, Bolt Carrier group for an AR, hunting or reloading equipment +cash if needed. Make an offer on it the worst I will say is no. It is a Model AH24 Electric, not gas. Also 100% American made.
