Times past I would have said Knob Creek, not sure where you would find shooting tanks.

I had to look it up. I didn't even know it was possible to drive and shoot a tank. Evidently there is a place in Minnesota. But $3k to do it once! :ar15:

Just want to drive them, not looking to shoot from a tank. But that would be BA to have someone drive you through a course while you roast targets

Does he want to know who owns them?
Or what NG Armory you could snag a few from?
Heck, the current administration from POTUS and down left tons of stuff for local natives inbthe sandbox. Maybe we can get a couple thousand MGs, a couple tanks and I'd like a free helicopter to get my FAA cert.

A friend asked for leads on the above activities. I would appreciate any suggestions!
Applied Ballistics indoor range in Lafayette rents FA rifles. Took my son there for his 18th B-Day several years ago. Had multiple types of 9mm sub machine guns (Uzis, etc) and Fully Automatic AR-15s (looked like AR-15, not M16 w/ the plastic forends). Have to buy their own ammo. We went through 500 rounds of 9mm pretty fast ;)

Vincennes Military Museum to look at them, fly to Texas to play with them.
I'm originally from this area but have not made it to this facility yet. From the outside it looks outstanding and I believe the owner is a retired judge that is really into collecting these historical artifacts.

The George Rogers Clark memorial and William Henry Harrison house in Vincennes is worthwhile too.
