    for all the experienced guys out there,,how does the tec-22 seem to work.. i have a tec-9 and its a jammer...all the time,, bought it on a whim,, big mistake, but in thinking of a tac -22 ,, cheep plinker and wondered if its the same as its big brother...any one with experience...thanks in advance

    They do work for the most part , but can go full auto when you least expect it. They can also be finicky with mags and using cheap wilcat ammo can cause some jams, from my experience.
    The one I had was fun and even when it went full auto it was still fun, but not very safe. I sold it many years ago as it just wasnt what I wanted anymore.

    I had one about 15 years ago. I never had a FTF or FTE but sometimes if you used a fully loaded magazine it might run a few on full auto. At that time they were suppossed to have corrected that problem. Mine was purchased after the recall so I was surprised to see it do that.
