I have a marlin .30-.30 model 36 G. can't seem to find any info on it other than it was made sometime in the sixties and that there was only 1500 made. i find this hard to believe. can anybody shed some light for me? serial number AA15336
At any rate, it is a low production marlin, however, I don't see it being more sought after for that fact. Value wise, it'd probably go for around the same as a 336 of the same condition.
Not particularly collectible, but it's a great shooter.
If you can hunt on private land, it will be legal for deer this fall, so that would be my suggestion for you.
