Who profread the ToS for INGOGear?
On a side note.. all those Terms of Service for software you install or websites you visit.. they are valid in courts. Yes, they may be many many many pages long, but it couldn't hurt to read them over to make sure that you aren't selling off your first born just to look at funny pictures of cats.
