The State of Texas changes the term 'drug overdose' to 'drug poisoning' adding charges to the dealers / distributors... especially if someone dies as a result of the drug poisoning...
Hope that other states adopt this stance quickly!

Interesting idea, as long as they do not involve the actual agency and insanity that is poison control.

Somewhere on INGO is a thread were my Veterinarian called poison control because we feared our dog had eaten a mouse bait. The insanity that came after that I never want to experience again. Turns out the dog had not even eaten it.
