Stopped in today to take a peek at the G19 Gen 4. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. As always, I was treated excellent. I really enjoy stopping in to purchase and browse.
I didn't catch the gentleman's name who originally helped me (Bill?), but throughout the purchase Mark and Dave both went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of and left a happy customer.
I understand that most of the time you guys are swamped and are in a mad dash to help everyone but that's just business. I have never been treated poorly or as if questions I have are dumb, unlike other stores.
So I just wanted to pass on a BIG Thank you for all your help and patience in my purchase. Truly a class act and a fine example of how business should be done and how customers should be treated.
