Midwest in Mishawaka has them on sale this week. Dunhams usually has some for $99 as well.

AIM Surplus has really nice ones. the 91/30 i ordered from them was in fantastic cosmetic shape. I also ordered an M44 from them 2 weeks ago and was impressed as well.

The 2 I have gotten from AIM far exceeded the quality of the Mosins found in local gun shops. ymmv.
