    What the hey, how about some visual proof...

    I tend to get my order bread-less, which is only currently available at the East side location. In lieu of the french bread, it's placed on a bed of rice, coleslaw, and their signature voodoux sauce. It does however make for better pics :): I also suggest adding Sriracha Hot sauce by request if you want to up the heat quotient...

    Roast beef and grilled onions. They also offer the grilled onions as a vegetarian side, and they are delicious!

    Catfish. Pan-fried. Lightly breaded. Nuff said.

    Frito Pie. Signature chili with cheese, on a bed of cornbread, with sour cream on the side. Add a meat if you choose...

    Chicken Bacon Cheddar. Rest assured, this is bacon you can tell came from a pig lol.

    Full Disclosure! All except the Frito Pie pictures were taken by me, of a meal I subsequently consumed. The Frito Pie picture was taken by a Facebook friend who subsequently consumed said pie. Bacon tastes good :patriot:
