The article talks a lot abut the shale bubble triggering the collapse. I have no idea whether there is any validity to the idea that the companies will collapse and the impact will be as widespread as he predicts, but I did find this article, which seems to be credible, that predicts about 2 more years of shale gas production.

When will the Shale Bubble Burst?

I think the fact that we are using hydraulic fracturing, is a tell tale sign that oil is growing more difficult to find. Fracking is not cheap or safe for the environment either. If oil were so plentiful, why would they be polluting our own groundwater. Busy with work, but I will read that article later. 2 years is not that far away...

The United States will only fall from within. If we stand together, we can survive through anything. If.

Our country has already passed he point of no return. We have more freeloaders getting entitlements than people paying in! We can not and will not recover from that unless there is a radical reduction in "free money issuance" and a tightening of the reins to our government's borrowing. Given the choices of sustainable spending or gargantuan taxation, they will use taxes and fees to end this country once and for all. Woe the "American Spring" when it comes!

Who would have ever guessed that a druid...sorry, archdruid, could sway an INGO discussion.

So much for drill baby, drill.

Its roots in the Druid Revival gives the AODA certain features in common with esoteric societies such as the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn. It offers an initial ceremony of reception into the Order, followed by three degrees of initiation - Druid Apprentice, Druid Companion, and Druid Adept - which are conferred upon completion of a graded study program
