    Maybe a Zoom debate.

Totally unrelated, how much CPU power would one need to do real-time deepfaking?

A LOT if the subject won't/can't stay on script and the program has to hear and understand what he says and manipulate the fake to align, all in the millisecond latency of the internet feed

I'm pretty sure he meant totally fake, not cover up. Joe Headroom

Yeah, have someone articulate who looked enough like Biden so that the processors wouldn't have to work too hard, and then actual substantive answers would be easier. Heck, he might even look spry.

Seems like an SNL skit in the making. :D Auditions for the Biden deepfake. You could have Sanders, Obama, HRC all audition. Barrels of laughs.

Even if it didn't work for Biden, I think you could make a lot of money of you could get a program to run on high end consumer processors that would clean up the real world look of a client (unshaven, hung over, pants optional) and believably map a clean shaven, crisply dressed, clear-eyed facade over top of that reality while the client provided the voice and determined the dialog

The federal gov't has now put its money behind MS buying TikTok, and maybe even the Chinese parent company. Because what could possibly go wrong with that.

    Nothing because Trump!

He thinks way far more strongly and bigly.

    Don't underestimate his chess game.
