Does the CCO carry "smaller" than it is? Does it shoot bigger than it carries?

    Some guns are like that.
A little of both. It doesn't shoot like a small gun but carries like one. I think that it's a mental thing for me to think that my back hurts because I've carried a full size gun all day with the P220. Then I'll carry the CCO and won't have a back issue because I carried a small gun for the day.

Here's a few photos from my recent cabin trip.
This big lady stepped out of the woods. She's been peeking at me through the kitchen window this Spring, and finally came out to introduce herself.

She started out at 150' from me, and ended up on the driveway, no more than 30' away !

Looks like the deer that was browsing around the edge of my yard today. The deer around here are more used to people.

I let my cat slip out the door. The deer and her looked at each other for a moment before the cat trotted over and stopped 10' away. The deer walked over to the cat, did a little one hoof bluff and than a little two hooved bluff kick at which point the cat ran back to me. I so wish I had got a video of it.

    Morning chaps. Coffee or die.

Preliminary research says she was made in Sept. of '43. Pops is running the s/n against army records to see if it pops up in service. I am told it has tell-tale signs of a ceremonial rifle (scuffing at butt plate, smooth grip, and barely loose hand guard). He was an armorer for a long time in US Army, so he was somewhat familiar with markings.

All I know is I'm itching to shoot it. I have some lighter loads it can handle.

And Happy Fathers Day to all INGO dads!
