Finally got to sleep around 0530 and now good morning?
    :coffee: :coffee:
I got to sleep about 4am and got up at 10:50am. The cats were very hungry.

Relatable, on Tuesday night I fell asleep earlier than i wanted and ended up waking up at midnight, stayed up till 4, reslept and woke up @8 to get to work by 9.

Picked up a fugly gun for a future project today. S&W 10-5 that was a Puerto Rican police seizure. Looks better in person than the GB pics, no major pitting and action is pretty smooth, solid lockup and bright barrel. Will take better before pics before I start working on it (another rainy day/winter project).

On a roll this week. Tonight while at the local action shooting match I also was bidding on a revolver. Guess I am in revolver acquisition mode this week. Going from 1 to 3. All either 357 or 38 so still keeps ammo simple. This one I went a little higher than intended and wasn’t even drinking. Made bids between pasting stages and shooting. Anyway, this will be my bbq pistol as i comes with a western style holster. Will post picks when in hand amd now even more sad I cannot wear it to the SGE. But it will be at the FGE come heck or high water!

That looks like a fun project. I have a model 13 that I have thought about sending to S&W for a reblue.

Back at Fort McCoy WI for about 25 days helping to grade the Expert Infantry Badge, Expert Soldier Badge, and Expert Field Medical Badge, so much nicer being a grader than a competitor. Already got the Spotted Cow in the cooler.
I’ve spent some time next door at Volk Field during 2 Operational Readiness Inspections a few years ago.
