Things are pretty good out here other than getting smoked out by all the wildfires. Luckily none close so far this year. I've been missing the INGO community for sure. While there are a ton of gun owners out here in the west, not many groups like this one exist!
    We are unique no question.

I remember the gorgeous pictures you posted a while back of your view outside your place out there.

My youngest and I did a quick range trip down to HHRP this evening. I could see why nobody else was there once we got out of the truck. The knats were thick and flies aggressive. I figured that the fireball from the 10.5” AR might get rid of them but not so much. Then we got the K31 out and after only 5 rounds of GP11, we didn’t see another knat for at least a half hour. I don’t know what powder the Swiss use in GP11, but it makes a great bug spray.

I took 50 rounds of .45 along to shoot in the stainless 1911 but was not shooting my best and stopped at only 20 rounds down range. The Sig P229 remains the EDC until I can get back on point with the 1911. In the old days, I’d have taken 250 rounds and pushed on through all of them until I was where I used to be with the 1911.
