    So you're saying there are plenty of guys in your class that aren't very bright?

    We have plenty of guys over 40 in TKD. After class we all go into the locker room to remove our ankle, wrist, knee braces and make fun of each other.

    No BJJ for me. I am too old and fat. Managed to tear my ankle up pretty good in TKD three weeks ago doing what my wife referred to age inappropriate activity. Tonight was my first night back to taekwondo class and I am feeling it. The body after 40 just does not bounce back.

    Wait until you are mid/late 60's. You need to know better by then
