    Massive understeer, made worse by the fact that he was hard on the brakes while trying to make the turn. Tires have a limited amount of grip. At some point the grip required to turn and brake is more than they can handle, and you end up doing neither function very well. Right at the end you can see him try to steer left to miss the building, but was still hard on the brakes. He would have been better off letting off the brakes and trying to correct with some left steering. It may have been too little too late.
