Maybe. I certainly don't mind non-PC humor in many contexts, but "hey, look at the squinty chinese people." Doesn't strike me as humorous, PC or non.

Maybe it's funny, because of all the times you get a friend request from someone on FB, and it's a Chinese person that you don't even know. Again and again.
So, they took all those pics, and put them in one pic.
