When a new boss (that I didn't like) approached me and told me he ALSO used to be in the Navy, I asked him, "Which one?".
He looked at me kinda funny, and said, "The U S Navy".
So I told him I just had to check. I thought maybe the Russians sent him over as some kind of secret weapon to eradicate Naval effectiveness.

He was not pleased.
He's gone.
I'm still there. So my concern level is/was pretty low.
