Bacon and eggs, I was a bad boy this morning and put jelly on my slice of toast.

A friend does jars of homemade-out-of-the-garden strawberry jams.
I just happen to get a couple jars every summer. :)

His sister, retired teacher from Alaska, makes them.
She used to be an elementary teacher in a private school where I was the Social Studies Department in another lifetime.

OUCH! That hurts! Midnights are from my 30s and should be reserved for the younglings.
I have an all-night event tonight (11-6) that I'm dreading.
I remember the 3-5 am being the "dead zone." :ugh:
I am NOT doing concrete crack-fixing in the driveway today, and I didn't go to a 6 am meeting this am in preparation.
Today will be a range day and nap day and minor errands day.

I do so miss the out of garden home made jams. It is a lost art in my family since those who lived the life style have passed.
