got my mowing done
the john deere was acting up. I shut the blades off to move some stuff. when i tried to turn them back on the engine speed went down too low to turn the mower back on.... grrrr.... i kept screwing around and it slowly came up to regular speed. then when i was done i got a soft back fire, which i have never had before.

Sounds like it needs attention. Have to feed those mules sometimes.

Stand-up shower unit is out. I figured the easiest way to get it out was to cut in up in the bathroom... not for the faint of heart. Cut off wheel on a grinder made short work of it but boy was it dusty

ordered some new spark plugs for the deere, that was one of the troubleshooting guides suggestion for that issue

Evening folks...or whoever is left. Cleaned my parents' house, bought a flat of strawberries on the way home (ended up with 11 quarts as you get free ones depending on how many you buy), went to my cousin's and had a delicious patty melt and then went to check out some treasures....a friend is cleaning up a property that is vacant and has been charged with removing debris and any structures that are not permanent structures. There is a semi trailer full of old car parts (a lot are junk), some motorcycle stuff, lots of old porn from the 70's and 80's and a lot of nasty old garbage. The mosquitoes were ridiculous.

Showered and relaxing now.

None...boxes and boxes of vhs tapes, some 8 mm films and lots of mousepoopy magazines and books about being a swinger. My SIL and his friend that is doing the cleanup were cracking up. If you are interested, just head south on 23 to the house on the east side that has the Temperpedic semi trailer in the yard. That trailer has been there as long as I can remember. I think he left the door open hoping someone will steal some of the crap out of it so he has less to put in the dumpster.
