Yeah, kind of nasty here because it rained overnight and now it's 48 and damp. I like cool, but this is not pleasant.

We've already got the heat on, but I'm going to roast a chicken today. Spatchcock method. Turned out really good last time I did it. You cut out the spine and lay it out flat.
