    I was talking to my wife about that today. I want to find an electric solenoid that will shut off the gas before the stove unless a switch is turned on...

    Well, from what Leah said. It sounds like a good idea. That and maybe not stalking the butter in a locking fridge and padlocking the microwave.

    Our cat tried to burn our house down a few years ago by jumping on the stove and somehow turning the gas burners on.

    I did not set the time on the microwave. Goodness it was Lacey. I just stuck the butter in the microwave and forgot to stop it because I was busy trying to pack dads drinks before he went to work lol. It was a one time thing that will not ever happen again. lol
