It's still where you left it . That said you did mention wanting to check the gas pressure when it was time to run the furnace more often in the winter so you can do that too if you want. Heat has been working well although or master bedroom is a bit chilly with only 1 vent and two huge exterior walls. Small space heater helping with that!

Not very often but yes. They stay away for the most part. Most of my job is just standing around and watching....but nothing ever happens
