Wednesday mornings seem to always be quiet....

Yep, I was traveling from Sunday morning until last night. I'm stuck inside doing paperwork, P/O's and working emails. Plus, goofing off on INGO...

Spouse just served me up with a delicious "Pizza" Omelette.

We had carry out from our favorite joint last nite. Saved the biggest piece.
Scrape the toppings off (full boat deluxe model) and heat up in a skillet.
Break 3 to 4 eggs and make all that into an Omelette.
Sliced up a fresh garden Mater......glass of ice cold milk and some buttered toast.
