None. Fortunately there is a MicroSoft Store at the Indy Fashion Mall that has technicians working there. I made an appointment for Thursday when my Wife works Indy. They will either fix it or replace it. It's still under warranty until the end of Feb 2016.

Haven't decided if I am safe to send my Wife with written instructions of what's been done, or if I should just make a separate trip to Indy????

Question by Mom45 that I was answering when the old OSUT was being closed... I have set up an appointment, but he can'tt see me until Mid-November...

"Are you going to try seeing GS's wife's doctor? I hope the neurosurgeon has some answers for you. This has gone on way too long.

Put that one together with this one and you'll have a pair.

I am so fed up with the Ortho guy in Indy, at least today he admitted that he didn't have any ideas what to do from here. We have tried the traditional diagnostic stuff and nothing is working. He is obviously missing something or the issue starts farther down the spine than they have looked. They have MRI'ed my neck twice and my lower back once....Nothing yet for my "middle spine"....

Glad to hear you're getting in...bit of as wait though. Wife had to wait about the same length of time, but it was sure worth it.

    BTW...in.
