I would think that's a pretty good price, but I would need to check to be sure. You have amazing Google skills.

Google search brings up several sites that have reviews on it. Reviews are mixed. It is a discontinued model so I don't know if firmware updates are still available if needed. I am seeing you tube videos of it from 2015. I didn't watch them, but it appears that it is good up to about 100 yards...maybe a little more. New cost was $500 to $600 so not an expensive scope as night vision goes. I think I will pass.

They can't be shipped out of the country. ITAR regulations.

I know that.I mean even over here they are illegal to own.

You can have night vision goggles but it has to be hand held I believe.
Illegal to have a scope or something attached to your helmet.

I'm playing on FB and stirring the pot on the local news page...aka the local drama page. It's kind of fun...some lady is getting really pissed at me.

I played on FB for a bit too, I think I see your drama and I added my :twocents:

I even read stuff about being illegal to let a non-US citizen use your night vision in the US.
I think it's BS and stuff posted by the manufacturer and not an actual law.

On the same note, it is a violation of ITAR to allow any non-U.S. citizen to look through U.S. Gen3 night vision equipment (even on US Soil). They are also not allowed to have access to any operator’s manuals or documentation, whatsoever, pertaining to US Gen 3 Night Vision Devices.

I'm pretty sure they can't make a laws that tells you who can or cannot look at the user manual of a product you legally bought.
